3I admit that I wasn't crazy about the whole book, but I did enjoy some of the finer points of it.
4I also enjoy your condensed posting of this very much. When people object to humanism, we should be careful not to avoid the love we owe one another as well as to our own self.
I do prefer his two other books, but this one also makes you want to cogitate about life. Mitch Albom always leaves that effect on you.
